Natural Family Planning

Natural family planning is based on fertilization occurring just before, during, and after ovulation. By monitoring yourself daily, you may be able to determine when you are ovulating. In practice, the effectiveness of natural family planning is only 30-70%. It is more effective for women with regular menstrual cycles who keep good daily records and are dedicated to the method. It is inexpensive and has no health risks involved.
